Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have obesity (BMI of 30 or higher) or overweight with a related health condition like diabetes, high cholesterol, or high blood pressure
  • You were treated with both sibutramine and topiramate together for at least 3 months in a doctor's office
  • Your doctor has medical records with at least two visits showing your weight, BMI, medication doses, and any side effects
  • You were not pregnant or breastfeeding during treatment
  • You do not have serious heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe kidney or liver disease, or severe psychiatric conditions
