This study tests whether three medications (Telmisartan, Cilostazol, and Metformin) combined with robotic arm training can help people improve arm movement and strength after a chronic stroke. You would participate in supervised training sessions using a robotic rehabilitation system.

Who can take part
- Had an ischemic stroke (blood clot in the brain) at least 6 months ago
- Age 21–80 years old
- Moderate to severe weakness in the affected upper arm (measured by a standardized test)
- Able to follow multi-step instructions and score 20 or higher on a memory test
- BMI of 25 or higher (study medications work safely at this weight)
- No heart problems, severe spasticity, or other neurological conditions that would interfere with training
