Who can take part

  • You are 16 years old or older
  • You are receiving or have been approved for an HLA-haploidentical bone marrow or stem cell transplant (a match where the donor shares exactly half of your tissue markers)
  • You can swallow and take pills by mouth
  • You have not had a bone marrow transplant before, or had multiple transplants
  • You are able to take ruxolitinib without severe allergies or side effects
