Who can take part

  • You are 18–75 years old
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of H3 K27-altered diffuse midline glioma or DIPG (based on biopsy or MRI showing a tumor in the pons taking up more than half of it)
  • Your overall health and ability to care for yourself is reasonably good (Karnofsky score of 60 or higher)
  • Your doctor believes you will likely live at least 3 more months
  • You have no cancer spread outside the brain or spinal cord tumors
  • You can safely have MRI scans (no incompatible implants like certain pacemakers)
