Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- You have had hepatitis B for more than 6 months and are currently taking antiviral medication for it.
- You have fatty liver, confirmed by a special MRI scan showing at least 10% fat in your liver.
- Your liver stiffness is between 8 and 12 kPa (measured by FibroScan), or a recent biopsy shows moderate liver scarring (stage F2 or F3).
- You have at least one metabolic risk factor, such as being overweight, having high blood sugar, high blood pressure, or abnormal cholesterol levels.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use reliable birth control during the study.
