Who can take part
- Age 18–60 years old
- Confirmed fatty liver (at least 10% fat in your liver on an MRI scan)
- Chronic hepatitis B infection for at least 6 months, with hepatitis B virus controlled by medication
- Currently taking stable hepatitis B antiviral medication (same dose for at least 3 months)
- Have at least one metabolic risk factor (overweight, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, prediabetes, or diabetes)
