  • Diagnosed with advanced (stage III or IV) non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be surgically removed
  • Age between 18 and 75 years
  • Good overall health and ability to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0–1)
  • At least one measurable tumor visible on imaging scans
  • Expected to survive at least 12 weeks
  • Willing to use effective contraception for at least 12 weeks after treatment ends
