Who can take part
- Borderline-resectable pancreatic cancer (cancer touching but not blocking major blood vessels) confirmed on CT scan and reviewed by a pancreatic expert team
- You were enrolled in the PRODIGE 104 A NEOPREDICT study and your gene test showed you don't respond well to gemcitabine (one common pancreatic cancer drug)
- No previous chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery for pancreatic cancer (except possibly one dose of mFOLFIRINOX while waiting for test results)
- Age 18–80 years (or 75–80 if a geriatric assessment confirms you can safely receive the study drugs)
- Good overall health (WHO performance status 0–1, meaning you can do most normal activities) and no major uncontrolled heart, lung, liver, or kidney problems in the past 6 months
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding, and able to attend all study visits and follow-up appointments
