Who can take part
- You are between 10 and 18 years old
- You have a family history of HCM or carry a gene linked to HCM
- You are being followed at Alder Hey Children's Hospital's inherited heart clinic
- Your heart is currently working normally
- You can keep a weekly exercise log (with parent/carer help) and join phone check-ins
- You don't have moderate-to-severe other health problems affecting movement or breathing
