Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have stage IV (advanced) non-small cell lung cancer diagnosed by biopsy or tissue sample
  • Your doctor thinks you're healthy enough for pembrolizumab chemotherapy (ECOG score 0–2, meaning you can do most daily activities)
  • You're willing to receive the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine as part of the study
  • You don't have any other active cancers that would interfere with this treatment
  • If you can get pregnant, you agree to use birth control during treatment and for 5 months after your last dose
