  • You have Bell's palsy (sudden one-sided facial weakness) diagnosed by a doctor
  • Your symptoms started between 3 weeks and 6 months ago, and you're not fully recovered yet
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You do not have a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You do not have uncontrolled diabetes, high blood pressure, or serious heart, liver, or kidney disease
