Who can take part

  • You have a glioma (brain tumor) that has come back or is no longer responding to previous treatment, confirmed by biopsy and imaging
  • You are in good overall health with an ECOG score of 0–1 (able to do most daily activities)
  • You are expected to live at least 6 months
  • Your organ function (liver, kidney, blood counts) meets minimum requirements
  • You have not had immunotherapy drugs (anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, or similar) before
  • You can swallow pills and do not have bowel obstruction
