Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of Lynch syndrome with a specific genetic mutation (in MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, or EpCAM genes)
- You are having regular surveillance endoscopy (a camera procedure to check your stomach and bowel) as part of your Lynch syndrome care
- You have had a dental and gum examination within the study timeframe
- You do not have uncontrolled diabetes, active cancer treatment, or autoimmune diseases that strongly affect gums
- You do not have severe psychiatric or neurological conditions that would prevent you from participating
