Who can take part
- Age between 18–65 years old
- Either mild-to-moderate liver dysfunction OR normal liver function (study compares the two groups)

- No liver cancer, organ transplant, or recent major surgery (within 3 months)
- No HIV, hepatitis, or other serious infections
- No use of certain medications in the past months, including blood thinners, immunosuppressants, or certain anti-cancer drugs
