Who can take part
- You were diagnosed with a rheumatic/autoimmune disease or had orthopedic surgery before age 18
- You are now between 14 and 26 years old
- At least 1 year has passed since your diagnosis or surgery
- If you have rheumatic disease, it must be inactive (not currently flaring or active)
- You and your parent/guardian (if under 18) can read and write English
- You do not have another serious medical condition that developed after your surgery
