Who can take part
- Confirmed diagnosis of IgA nephropathy (primary type) with a kidney biopsy
- Age 18 or older
- Already completed 9 months of Nefecon 16 mg daily treatment
- Urine protein now less than 0.5 g/day (showing improvement)
- Kidney function score (eGFR) of at least 30
- Stable blood pressure and diabetes control, and no recent immunosuppressive or steroid medications
