Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with IgA nephropathy through a kidney biopsy within the last 10 years.
- Your kidney function, measured by a blood test, is at least 30 mL/min (or higher).
- You have a significant amount of protein in your urine (at least 0.75 grams per gram of creatinine in a 24-hour test).
- You weigh at least 35 kg (about 77 pounds) and your body mass index (BMI) is below 35.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
