- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is at least 30 or above.
- You have had a kidney biopsy confirming IgA nephropathy.
- Your urine protein is at least 0.75 grams per day (moderate to high protein in urine).
- You have been on a stable, maximum dose of blood pressure medication (ACE inhibitor or ARB) for at least 90 days.
