Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have advanced (metastatic or unresectable) HR+/HER2- breast cancer that has progressed despite or stopped responding to previous hormone therapy combined with a CDK4/6 inhibitor
  • Your heart function is normal with no significant heart disease
  • You have adequate bone marrow and organ function (based on blood tests)
  • If you can become pregnant, you agree to use highly effective birth control during the study
  • You are not currently using hormone replacement therapy
