This trial is testing a new drug, GVV858, either alone or with hormone therapy, for people with HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer or certain other advanced solid tumors. It may be an option if standard treatments are no longer working or available.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced breast cancer that is HR-positive and HER2-negative, or another advanced solid tumor with specific genetic changes.
- For breast cancer: your disease has gotten worse after at least one hormone therapy combined with a CDK4/6 inhibitor and one other treatment for metastatic disease.
- You have tumors that can be measured on scans or, for breast cancer, at least one bone lesion that can be tracked.
- You do not have serious heart problems, uncontrolled brain metastases, or severe organ dysfunction.
- Women who could become pregnant must use effective birth control and cannot be pregnant or nursing.
