  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You currently live at an address selected randomly from Hong Kong census records
  • You have lived in Hong Kong for at least 6 months in the past year
  • You can read and speak either Chinese or English fluently
  • You do not have significant language difficulties or cognitive impairment that would prevent you from answering questions
