Remote Diet Program for Early AMD Vision Health

Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with early to intermediate AMD (a vision condition) without advanced complications like geographic atrophy or wet AMD
  • Currently eating an unhealthy diet (measured by a food-tracking score)
  • Access to a computer or smartphone for video meetings (we provide devices if needed)
  • Able to read and understand English well enough for online forms and consent
  • Blood sugar levels under control (HbA1c of 6.5% or lower, no diabetes diagnosis)
  • Not taking diabetes, weight-loss, or cholesterol medications
