- Diagnosed with early to intermediate AMD (a vision condition) without advanced complications like geographic atrophy or wet AMD
- Currently eating an unhealthy diet (measured by a food-tracking score)

- Able to read and understand English well enough for online forms and consent
- Blood sugar levels under control (HbA1c of 6.5% or lower, no diabetes diagnosis)
