Study of NVC-001 for heart muscle disease caused by LMNA gene change

LMNA-Related Dilated Cardiomyopathy

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a diagnosis of dilated cardiomyopathy (a weakened, enlarged heart) linked to a change in the LMNA gene.
  • Your heart's pumping strength (LVEF) is between 25% and 45% as measured by an echocardiogram.
  • You have a cardiac device (such as an ICD or CRT-D) that has been in place for at least 3 months.
  • You have not been hospitalized for heart failure or serious heart rhythm problems in the past 3 months.
  • You are not currently using or expected to need IV heart medications on a long-term basis.
