Who can take part

  • Age 18–85 years old and able to communicate in the study language
  • Diagnosed with Stage 2 high blood pressure (systolic over 140 or diastolic over 90)
  • Currently taking at least one blood pressure medication for 2 or more weeks
  • Own a mobile phone or landline phone to receive coaching calls
  • Able to understand and consent to the study on your own (no serious cognitive or mental health conditions that would prevent this)
