Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have high blood pressure (either newly diagnosed or currently treated, with specific blood pressure readings between 140–159 mmHg)
- You have not taken blood pressure medications for at least 2 weeks before screening (or are willing to stop them)
- You do not have a secondary cause of high blood pressure, such as kidney disease, pheochromocytoma, or sleep apnea
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
- You work regular daytime hours and are not a frequent night-shift worker
