  • You have been diagnosed with coronary heart disease and had a successful stent placed in a heart artery
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old
  • You have no severe liver, kidney, blood, or other serious heart conditions
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or unable to move your limbs independently
  • You have no serious mental health conditions or memory problems that would prevent you from learning and doing exercises
  • You have not participated in another drug or exercise study in the past month
