Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body, such as bones, soft tissue, or organs.
- Your cancer is still growing despite treatment with at least one hormone therapy pill (like abiraterone or enzalutamide).
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are generally able to care for yourself (at least 60% on the Karnofsky scale).
- Your blood counts and organ function are within acceptable levels based on routine blood tests.
- You have not had prior treatment with a similar type of drug called a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) or zanzalitinib.
