Who can take part

  • You are between 60–85 years old and either male or post-menopausal female (no period for 12+ months)
  • You have a clinical diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment or mild dementia due to Alzheimer's disease, confirmed by blood biomarkers and cognitive testing
  • Your memory or thinking skills have been slowly declining for at least 6 months
  • You have a study partner (family member or friend) who can spend at least 10 hours per week with you and help track your progress
  • You have not received anti-amyloid therapy for Alzheimer's disease
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood cell counts are within safe ranges, and you are not positive for HIV or hepatitis
