Who can take part
- Your cancer must be locally advanced or metastatic (spread), and not treatable by surgery
- Your cancer cells must express the MAGE-A4 protein above a certain level, confirmed by testing
- You must have a specific genetic marker (HLA-A*02:01) in your blood
- You must have received at least 2 prior cancer treatments (or at least 1 if you have synovial sarcoma), and your cancer progressed during or within 6 months after your last treatment
- You must be in good enough health to tolerate the study (ECOG performance status 0–1) with life expectancy over 3 months
- You cannot have received gene therapy, immunosuppressive medications, or certain other treatments in the weeks before the study
