Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have high cholesterol (non-familial) or mixed cholesterol and triglycerides, with heart disease risk
- You have been on a stable maximum-tolerated cholesterol medication (statin, with or without ezetimibe or PCSK9 inhibitor) for at least 8 weeks
- Your LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol) is between 70–129 mg/dL at screening, despite current treatment
- Your triglycerides are below 500 mg/dL and your kidney function is adequate (eGFR ≥30)
- You have not had a heart attack, stroke, or unstable angina in the past 3 months, and no hospitalization for heart failure in the past 5 years
