Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 65 years old.
- Have a diagnosis of schizophrenia (or related long-term psychotic conditions) confirmed by ICD-10 codes.
- Have been on a stable (unchanged) antipsychotic treatment for at least the last month.
- Have tried at least two antipsychotic medicines at adequate doses and for enough time without enough improvement.
- If you can get pregnant: use reliable birth control during the study and agree to pregnancy testing (urine test).
- Agree not to join if you have certain serious current health problems (like severe heart/liver/kidney disease, uncontrolled epilepsy, or severely reduced blood-forming function).
