Who can take part
- Recent fracture in your lower spine (L1–L5 vertebrae) caused by osteoporosis, confirmed by MRI
- Never had spine-cement surgery (vertebroplasty) before
- Complete spine imaging scans: X-ray, CT, and MRI or bone scan done before surgery
- Age 18 or older and able to give written permission to join the study
- No old spine fractures, tumor history, or other bone diseases
- Your broken vertebra's back wall is intact (not severely broken or leaking)
