Who can take part
- At least 18 years old (20 in some countries)
- Previously treated with at least one ALK-targeting drug other than crizotinib alone
- Lung cancer confirmed by biopsy or cells, with ALK protein present and cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed
- Measurable tumors on imaging scans
- Good overall health status (able to do light activities with minimal help)
- Able to swallow and take oral medication daily
- Normal kidney, liver, and bone marrow function
