CAR-NK Cell Therapy for Advanced Head and Neck Cancer

Recurrent or Metastatic Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaBiomarker-positive EGFR/HER2- Expressing HNSCC

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a new type of cell therapy using natural killer cells (immune cells) that are designed to recognize and attack head and neck cancer cells. The therapy targets two specific proteins (EGFR and HER2) found on cancer cells and is for patients whose cancer has returned or spread despite previous treatments.

  • Cancer cells must show specific markers (EGFR and HER2) on testing
  • Cancer has progressed despite at least one prior chemotherapy or immunotherapy treatment
  • Adequate organ function (heart, lungs, kidneys, liver) based on blood tests and imaging
  • Willingness to provide tumor tissue for testing and undergo regular blood draws and optional biopsies
