This study examines how body composition (muscle and fat) and heart structure relate to different types of heart failure and predicts outcomes. Researchers will use CT scans to better understand why some heart failure patients do better or worse than others.

Who can take part
- Diagnosed with heart failure (shortness of breath, fatigue, swelling, or fluid in lungs)
- Had both a coronary CT angiography (heart artery imaging) and chest CT scan with good image quality
- Age 18 or older with complete medical records available
- Able to cooperate with imaging tests and follow-up visits
- No heart attack in the past 3 months
- No other major heart or structural problems (like congenital heart disease, severe valve disease, or myocarditis)
