  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have heart failure or early signs of heart problems (like reduced pumping ability or certain test results).
  • You have not received IV diuretics, nitrates, or other heart medications in the last 24 hours.
  • You have results from blood and urine tests done within the last 6 months.
  • You do not have certain other heart conditions, active cancer, or recent heart procedures.
