Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.

This trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs, trastuzumab deruxtecan (Enhertu) and neratinib, for people with solid tumors that have a HER2 gene change. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and works well for cancers that have not responded to at least one prior treatment.

Who can take part

  • Your cancer must have a change in the HER2 gene (like HER2 overexpression, ERBB2 amplification, or a HER2 mutation).
  • You must have had at least one previous treatment for cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
  • You cannot have been treated with neratinib or trastuzumab deruxtecan (Enhertu) before.
  • Your tumor must be a solid tumor (not a blood cancer), and it may be any type of solid tumor for most parts of the study.
  • You must be 18 years or older and in fairly good health (able to do most of your daily activities with little help).

Testing a new drug combo for stomach and other solid tumors

This trial tests a combination of two drugs, trastuzumab deruxtecan and azenosertib, for people with stomach cancer or other solid tumors that have a specific protein called HER2. It aims to see if this combination can help when other treatments have stopped working.

Trastuzumab rezetecan for HER2-positive advanced solid tumors

This study tests a new drug called trastuzumab rezetecan for people with advanced solid tumors that show a certain protein (HER2). The drug targets HER2 to help kill cancer cells, and the goal is to see if it is safe and effective.

NCT07619521Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Combination drug therapy for advanced pancreatic cancer

This trial tests two targeted drugs, selumetinib and DS-8201a (trastuzumab deruxtecan), for advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread or cannot be removed. The combination may help people whose tumors have specific markers (KRAS mutation and HER2 positivity).

NCT07015697Recruiting· Phase 1
Study of subcutaneous trastuzumab deruxtecan for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a form of the drug trastuzumab deruxtecan that is given as a shot under the skin for people with certain metastatic solid tumors, including breast cancer and non-small cell lung cancer with HER2 changes. It aims to see how well the shot works and if it is safe.

NCT04553770Recruiting· Phase 2
Trastuzumab deruxtecan with or without anastrozole for early breast cancer

This Phase 2 study tests whether trastuzumab deruxtecan alone or combined with anastrozole can control early-stage breast cancer that is HER2-low and hormone-receptor positive. It aims to improve outcomes after initial surgical treatment by targeting cancer cells that may have low levels of HER2.

NCT06331169Recruiting· Phase 1
Testing anlotinib plus trastuzumab deruxtecan for advanced breast cancer

This trial tests a combination of two targeted drugs — anlotinib (which cuts off a tumor's blood supply) and trastuzumab deruxtecan (which attacks HER2-low cancer cells) — for advanced breast cancer that has stopped responding to previous treatments.
