Who can take part

  • You are overweight or obese and have a weight-related health issue like high blood pressure or fatty liver.
  • You have been taking tirzepatide for at least 12 weeks but lost 10% or less of your body weight.
  • You have not had other weight-altering medicines (like steroids or antipsychotics) in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have uncontrolled thyroid problems, Cushing's syndrome, or cancer.
  • You do not have diabetes or a skin infection on your ear.
  • You are willing to have an MRI and are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant soon.
