This trial tests a non-invasive device that gently stimulates a nerve in your ear to help you lose weight after lifestyle changes haven't worked well enough. You wear the device on your ear for 12 weeks while continuing healthy habits.

Who can take part

  • Completed 12 weeks of diet and exercise coaching but lost 5% or less of your body weight
  • Finished your 12-week lifestyle program within the last month
  • BMI of 28 or higher, or BMI of 24+ with a weight-related health condition like high blood pressure or fatty liver
  • Able to commit to wearing the ear device for 12 weeks
  • No active skin infections or damage on or around your ears
  • No recent use of steroids or antipsychotic medications (past 3 months)
