Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with advanced osteoarthritis and your doctor has recommended total knee replacement
  • Your surgery is scheduled at least 14 days from now (to allow time for the pre-surgery training)
  • You are physically able to safely do the exercise program, confirmed by your doctor
  • You have internet access (smartphone, tablet, or computer) and can use digital apps or websites
  • You speak German well enough to understand exercise instructions
