  • You have knee osteoarthritis and are planning to have knee replacement surgery.
  • You are between 18 and 90 years old.
  • You are willing to participate and sign a consent form.
  • You do not have severe heart or lung problems that would make exercise unsafe.
  • You do not have a nerve condition that affects your movement.
  • You do not have a mental health condition that would prevent you from following the rehab program.
