Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with stage II–IIIB lung adenocarcinoma (early-stage lung cancer that can be surgically removed)
- Your cancer has an EGFR mutation (a specific genetic change in the cancer cells), confirmed by genetic testing
- You have not received any prior chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or other cancer treatments
- You are able to have surgery within the next 4 months and have had no major surgery in the past 4 weeks
- Your heart and liver function are normal or near-normal, with adequate blood cell counts
- You are willing to use contraception (females) or have a negative pregnancy test; males willing to use condoms
