Who can take part

  • You have a combat-related amputation of a limb
  • You have had nerve pain (neuroma pain) for at least 3 months
  • Your neuroma pain is confirmed by ultrasound and rates at least 4 out of 10 in severity
  • Your pain medications have been stable for at least 2 weeks before joining
  • You are able to have an ultrasound-guided injection procedure
  • You do not have an active infection, open wound, or bleeding disorder at the injection site
