Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old
- You had a limb amputation due to combat injury
- Your nerve pain has lasted at least 3 months and is confirmed by ultrasound imaging
- Your average pain is 4 or higher on a 0–10 pain scale
- Your pain medications have been stable for at least 2 weeks before starting
- You can attend follow-up visits and complete study questionnaires
