Who can take part
- You have non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (cancer that hasn't invaded the muscle wall) that was very difficult or impossible to completely remove with standard surgery (TURBT)
- You received immunotherapy drugs (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors) before entering the study
- Your cancer is now completely gone, confirmed by multiple tests: no visible tumor on camera exam, negative biopsies, negative urine tests, and no spread on imaging
- You have good overall health status (ECOG score of 0, 1, or 2) and adequate organ function
- You have not previously received immunotherapy for advanced/metastatic bladder cancer
- You do not have active autoimmune disease, active infections, hepatitis, HIV, tuberculosis, or another active cancer requiring treatment
