Who can take part
- Age 18–60 years old
- Symptoms of nasal congestion or stuffy nose from a cold or flu that started less than 48 hours ago and are moderate to severe
- Haven't taken any other cold or flu medicines yet
- No COVID-19 infection or recent COVID exposure (within 14 days)
- No serious medical conditions like asthma, heart disease, blood disorders, or immune system problems
- Women: not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and using birth control if able to become pregnant
