- You have advanced HPV-positive oropharyngeal cancer (throat cancer) that hasn't been treated yet
- Your cancer is stage III or IV and is suitable for radiation therapy rather than surgery

- Your blood cell counts, liver, and kidney function meet minimum safety standards
- You can attend regular study visits and commit to follow-up care for the trial duration
