Who can take part

  • Age 18–80 (or 18–50 if you're a new mother)
  • Access to a smartphone or computer to log your meals and answer surveys
  • No active smoking, heavy alcohol use, or recreational drug use
  • Not taking weight-loss or appetite-changing medications (like GLP-1 drugs or certain antidepressants)
  • Not a shift worker with irregular sleep schedules
  • No major organ disease (except type 2 diabetes or heart disease if you have fatty liver disease)
