Who can take part

  • Body mass index (BMI) between 30 and 49.9
  • Age 18 to 65 years old
  • Not very active (light exercise less than 1 hour per week) or moderately active (1 to 2 hours per week)
  • Weight stable for at least 3 months (no gain or loss over 4 kg)
  • Usually eat over more than 12 hours each day
  • Own a smartphone with internet and agree to use it for the study
