Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer confirmed by biopsy or cytology (cell samples)
- Your cancer has progressed despite receiving at least two prior lines of systemic (whole-body) cancer treatment
- Your tumor has at least one measurable lesion visible on imaging scans (CT or MRI)
- You are able to perform light activity or be fully active (ECOG score 0–1)
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and clotting function are adequate to safely receive the study drugs
- You have not previously received lomustine, anlotinib, or similar anti-angiogenic drugs
