  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have small cell lung cancer that came back or got worse within 6 months after your first platinum-based chemo.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You are physically active enough to do daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges.
